Pillars of Gaining Search Engine’s Trust


The biggest problem of most businessman is that they want to make minimum investments and work, but receive best results. They are using shortcuts, doing that they will gain no trust from search engine. If you don’t gain search engine’s trust you will neither gain trust from users.


But even if you do your job properly, you will not gain search engine’s trust in 1 or 2 days. It will take some time. Everything here is like in human relationship, if someone introduces you to someone new, it will be easier for you to start a conversation with that person. The same is with search engines, if it sees you for the first time it will have a hard time trusting you. Buy if someone “introduces” you to search engine (it's actually called vouching), then it will take less time for it to trust you.

After that it’s all about making high-quality content on high-quality website. It’s not easy, as Google and other search engines today are much more careful with newcomers than they used to in past. But anyway there can be no online marketing without search engine’s trust, which stands on three fundamental components.

The first component of is connected with age. Age is more than a number, and we are not talking only about just the age from when you first registered your website. The indexed age has to do with two factors:

  1. The date that Google originally found your website,
  2. What happened between the time that Google found your website and the present day?


Remember, the more time you know someone and the more people can vouch for them, the higher trust you will have in them?

Second component is the authority of your website or webpage, or any other page on the internet for that matter where you’re trying to gain visibility. Authority bases on quality links that come from other websites that search engine trusts. Authority relies on SEO, when it’s an off-page optimization (when it occurs away from your webpage).

And the third component is content. It’s the last one speak about, but it’s usually the most important. Creating insightful, engaging and unique content should be at the heart of any online marketing strategy. You cannot excel in marketing anything on the internet without having quality content.

Because quality content is more likely to get shared. And search engines know that you cannot just get tons of it in 1 day. That’s why it’s about time. But if you try to copy other’s content, get ready to be thrown away by search engine.
