Social media is similar to the market, where all the stall owners are used to know each other and where your customers can browse your products. At some point, people will start advising to each other, to go buy something from here and from there. The point is, to make people talk about you. If the rating is rather high, it will raise the chance of people clicking on your website link whenever they notice it. Just monitor them to keep it up with people demands. If someone leaves a negative review for any reason, react fast to solve your customer’s problem. When you do that, ask these users to change the review, to let people see that you constantly work on improving your service.
Also always cooperate with other small businesses (if they are related to your sphere of activity, the better). If you can put links to your website on others’ sites, then it will increase your site’s findability. It’s not even important, if you and your “companion” are located in the same area.
Remember that sometimes people want to find something close, so they search with words “near me”, “closest”, “open”, “nearby”, etc. So don’t forget to optimize your content and pages for this keywords.
There are lots of things, that you can do to improve your company visibility and findability. You must work on getting higher ranks on search engines. Think about your brand presentation.
